You can request deletion whether or not you still have KaalAI installed.
Open KaalAI, go to Profile → Privacy & security → Delete my data, and confirm. This deletes your account immediately.
If you no longer have the app installed, email us and we'll delete your account for you.
Include the email address or display name on your account if you know it, so we can find the right record. We'll confirm once it's done — within 30 days at the latest.
Either method permanently removes your account, birth profile, astrology charts, chat conversations and feedback, daily guidance history, consent records, and notification preferences from KaalAI's database. This cannot be undone.
Backend request logs that don't identify you personally (timestamps, request IDs, error/category data) are retained for a limited time for security and debugging, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Records we're legally required to keep are kept only as long as the law requires.
