By downloading or using KaalAI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is intended for users 18 years of age or older, currently focused on users in India. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
KaalAI provides Vedic astrology chart calculations and AI-generated reflective content for personal entertainment and reflection. It is not:
Do not use astrological content as the basis for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional — the App is not designed or able to provide this.
The App starts you in an anonymous guest session and lets you optionally link a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to sign in, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details and questions you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or that violates the rights of others.
Responses are generated by an AI model based on your chart data and questions. While we apply safety checks intended to keep responses within astrology-for-reflection boundaries, AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be treated as entertainment, not fact.
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The App, including its design, chart-calculation engine, and content (excluding the data you submit), is owned by the KaalAI developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account and data at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaalAI and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
